Meet Heather

While I loved working in the corporate finance world, I knew my passion was to be an entrepreneur and run a business centered on delivering results. Diane and I met years ago and each time we caught up, the conversations always steered to the same place - to build something bigger than ourselves. I knew that with Diane’s field experience and my executive experience the foundation was set to build that something bigger… and Bedrock Excavating was born. We now have the pleasure of sharing our passion and craftsmanship with homeowners, contractors, businesses, and municipalities.

Meet Diane

I spent many of my early years in the Healthcare Industry and decided to pursue a career change pivoting into the construction industry. I worked with several excavation companies and quickly learned the day-to-day operations of the construction/excavating industry. I found a passion within this new career path. I had previously dreamed of starting a business and working for myself one day. When speaking with Heather I knew our combined backgrounds and strengths would make for an excellent business opportunity.
